The 9th lecture of the 13th session of the Health Policy Academy was successfully held by Health and Global Policy Institute (HGPI) under the theme of “Citizenship and Health Policy”.
In this session entitled “Final Presentation and Feedback,” participants presented the policy proposals and implementation processes they had developed through approximately six months of group work. Following these presentations, feedback was provided by Mr. Kohei Onozaki, HGPI Board Member, and Ms. Kyoko Ama, HGPI Fellow.

The proposals were the culmination of health policy issues identified through extensive research and group discussions, as well as insights gained from the course lectures. Furthermore, by considering the review process of stakeholders, participants gained a deeper understanding of the processes involved in policy implementation.

With this session, the 13th term of the Health Policy Academy has officially concluded. Since its inception in 2015, the program has now reached its 13th term. This year’s theme, “Citizenship and Health Policy,” was tackled through a comprehensive curriculum, including seven lectures, a special study session, and an interim presentation. Through these activities, participants gained a solid foundation in health policy, covering theoretical, analytical, and practical aspects.
