Health and Global Policy Institute (HGPI) Senior Manager Mr. Shunichiro Kurita was interviewed on “The Number of South Koreans Living with Dementia Will Reach 1 Million! The Dementia Era” (Korean: 치매 인구 100만! 디멘시아 시대) on Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS) TV in South Korea.
As the population of South Korea continues to age, dementia has become a topic of national concern. The program focused on policies and local initiatives from Japan to provide points of reference as South Korea considers the direction to take on the issue.
