Health and Global Policy Institute (HGPI) supported the webinar “Climate Change and Health Hazards at the Forefront: Medical Journal Lancet Warns – Medical Experts Explain the Current Situation in Japan and Asia” to be held on Thursday, April 20, 2023.
The Lancet Countdown, an international initiative by the medical journal The Lancet, has raised the alarm about the impact of climate change on public health. This webinar provided an opportunity to hear from leading experts in the fields of climate change and healthcare about the latest findings and status of the health and public health impacts caused by climate change.
