24th Breakfast Meeting “A Summary of the General Election and the Outlook for the New Administration”

At the Breakfast Meeting soon after the Lower House general election, Mr. Kenichi Iwasaki, reporter of Asahi Shimbun, and Mr. Hiroyuki Okada, editor of Weekly Toyo Keizai, spoke on the subject of “A Summary of the General Election and the Outlook for the New Administration”. Included in the lecture were the analysis of the background and factors leading to the election outcome, the direction of health policy under the new administration, behind-the-scenes stories of the election, the framework of the new administration, and the ruling party’s health policy after the election.
