Organised by Health and Global Policy Institute, the 1st lecture of the 9th semester of Health Policy Academy was held.
Considering the current COVID-19 pandemic, this lecture was given online. One of our board member Kohei Onozaki talked about perspectives for learning health policy with the title of “Introduction.”
Due to the current spread of COVID-19, the ageing society with decreasing birthrate, development of technology and the steady growth of medical budget in Japan, healthcare and health policy have been catching greater public attention. Meanwhile, there are limited opportunity that provides structured basic knowledge about health policy allowing you to develop whole picture. In order to satisfy the demand, this academy consists of seven lectures and five group studies listed below over the next six months.
