After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from Aoyama Gakuin University, Ms. Hikaru Sato joined PwC Advisory LLC, where she served as a consultant for both the private and public sectors. Her duties included providing support for new business strategy development and promoting projects through public–private partnerships. She later earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the Australian Catholic University with the support of Rotary International. Drawing on her experience supporting a diverse range of clients and her expertise in public health, she is currently involved in research and policy advocacy on domestic and global health issues—particularly in the areas of dementia and mental health—at Health and Global Policy Institute.
