[Notice] Office Relocation (May 1, 2026)
date : 5/1/2026
Thank you for your continued support of Health and Global Policy Institute (HGPI).
We are pleased to announce that HGPI (Chair: Ryoji Noritake) relocated its office on May 1, 2026.
Our new office is located at the International House of Japan (Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo), long renowned as a hub for international and cultural exchange.
Health policy challenges are becoming increasingly cross-sectoral, spanning the resilience of pharmaceutical supply chains, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), pandemic preparedness, and discussions on global health financing. Taking this relocation as an opportunity, we aspire to serve as a platform for deliberating a wide range of domestic and international health policy issues, putting forward proposals, and supporting their implementation—not only in our long-standing areas of focus such as patient and public involvement (PPI), but also in the fields of global health security, biosecurity, and national security.
“We have been preparing for this relocation over the course of several years,” said Ryoji Noritake, Chair of HGPI. “By establishing our base at the historic International House of Japan—an institution with deep expertise in security and geoeconomic affairs, and a place where diverse forms of knowledge and culture, including the arts and philosophy, intersect—we are committed to further strengthening collaboration with diverse stakeholders both in Japan and abroad. We will contribute to enhancing think tank functions in Japan and consolidating intellectual networks, working to advance HGPI’s mission of ‘realizing citizen-centered health policy.'”
Please also note that our telephone and fax numbers have been updated in connection with the relocation, as listed below.
We look forward to your continued support of our work.
