[Japanese Version Release] “Political Declaration of the High-Level Meeting on Antimicrobial Resistance” (December 27, 2024)

Health and Global Policy Institute (HGPI) and AMR Alliance Japan have published a Japanese translation of the “Political Declaration of the High-Level Meeting on Antimicrobial Resistance.”
This declaration was approved during the High-Level Meeting on AMR held on September 26, 2024, and unanimously adopted at the 79th United Nations General Assembly on October 7, 2024.
The declaration reaffirms that AMR is an urgent issue in global health and calls for immediate action to achieve the 2030 Agenda. It addresses governance, financing, access, coordinated multisectoral response, research and development, training, innovation and manufacturing and surveillance and monitoring.
The Japanese translation of the political declaration was prepared by HGPI. Please note that this translation is a provisional version for reference purposes only, and for specific details, refer to the original document. The original English version can be downloaded here.
