AMR Alliance Japan (Secretariat: Health and Global Policy Institute (HGPI)) held The Fifth Meeting of the AMR Consortium of the Nikkei FT Communicable Diseases Conference Asia Africa Medical Innovation Consortium (AMIC).
At this fifth meeting, participants from the public and private sectors discussed the release of recommendations on the creation of pull incentives for antimicrobials in Japan. This was followed by an exchange of opinions on post-release activities.

In light of the situation with novel coronavirus, this meeting was carried out primarily online. On-site participants were encouraged to keep a safe physical distance from each other.
