Zack Scott is an Adjunct Fellow at Health and Global Policy Institute (HGPI), where he has contributed since 2021, initially as a Program Specialist. His work at HGPI has focused on global health, biobanking, and universal health coverage. In addition to this role, he is a Policy Researcher at the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) in London, where he leads research on public investment in the wider determinants of health. Zack holds an LLB from Osaka University and an MSc in Medical Anthropology from the University of Oxford, where his research examined the ethics and governance of emerging technologies.
