Favour has a background in Neuropsychiatry. She obtained her PhD (medical) from the Department of Neuropsychiatry, Graduate School of Medicine at the University of Tokyo. Her work specialises in investigating biomarkers for neuropsychiatric disorders as well as other therapeutic treatment options for these disorders. As well as this, Favour is also interested in developing non-pharmaceutical interventions that will provide solutions for patients living with neuropsychiatric disorders. Favour has extensive experience in the field of neuropsychiatry and neuroscience and has worked in diverse countries, such as Switzerland and South Korea. Favour is currently working as a project specialist for projects centred on mental health and dementia at Health and Global Policy Institute (HGPI).
