Selina Geerlings
Program Specialist, Health and Global Policy InstituteMs. Selina Geerlings obtained an MSc in Global Health from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. During her studies, she focused on the social, economic, and political determinants of health across diverse global contexts. She also completed a research placement at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC) in Beijing as part of her studies, where she conducted a comparative analysis of influenza surveillance systems in collaboration with Chinese and Dutch institutions. At HGPI, she is currently involved in projects related to global health and planetary health.
